Does this sign ; come after therefore in this sentence below:

1.Effective communication which comes as a result of effective servers ensures there is on time deliverance of instruction and reading materials and even submission of assignments for assessing therefore giving tutors enough time to gage the performance of their students and if need for some amendments to be made in the way they offer their teaching to be taken in time before the students gets discouraged in his learning.

Is there a coma after in addition in the sentence below:

2. In addition these strategies are crucial since there are continuous changes in the information technology sector which require the students to adapt to them within a very short period to enhance their learning process.

Is there a coma after in addition in the sentence below:

3. In addition the indirect services mainly deals with the methods which can be used by tutor to enable them effectively deliver the services to their students to be successful in their career and they include technological infrastructure and program administration.

yes to all three. "therefore" is a connecting word keeping both sentences close together so you can use that symbol - otherwise known as a semicolon.

Also, the word "in" is a preposition. Whenever you have a preposition starting a sentence, you have a prepositional phrase, which requires a comma after.

1. No, there is no semi-colon ( after "therefore" - you put a comma

2. Yes, there is a comma after "addition."

3. Yes, there is a comma after "addition."

*I think you mispelled 'gauge' (you spelled it as 'gage' on the third line...just a heads up*

Corrected below, with commas and semicolons.

1.Effective communication, which comes as a result of effective servers, ensures there is on-time deliverance of instruction and reading materials. Submission of assignments for assessment gives tutors enough time to gauge the performance of their students; if there is need for some amendments to be made along the way, they offer extra help before the students gets discouraged in his learning.

Is there a coma after in addition in the sentence below:

2. In addition, these strategies are crucial since there are continuous changes in the information technology sector; this requires the students to adapt to them within a very short period to enhance their learning process.

Is there a comma after in addition in the sentence below:

3. Additionally, the indirect services mainly deals with the methods which can be used by tutor to enable them effectively deliver the services to their students to be successful in their career; they include technological infrastructure and program administration.

There is a comma after assessing on the first sentence.
And there are commas after in addition in both the other sentences.
