I'm going to start my own forum, so I want to know which is the best, if anyone is willing to help me out as well, and is experinced, feel free to tell me.

It's a matter of personal taste - they're all good. I use phpBB because I'm familiar with it, but I also use PHP-Fusion on one of my sites, and it has its own forum software.

Each one has good points and bad points, and those points vary by the user. You could actually just put one of them on your site and have a "which forum software do you prefer" poll on it - see which one your users prefer and switch to that one.
