How can I fix my vBulletin from saying "Invalid Forum specified." whenever I try to go to a forum?

Basically I have set up a forum with vBulletin 4.0 installed and everything seemed to be working okay. Except one crucial thing. I can't actually go into any of my forums. It isn't just me, either. Because no one can. They all get the same message of "Invalid Forum specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator".
